Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Knowledge of phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating transactions.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset.
