is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator.
Administrative support, orientation training, general administrative responsibilities, while supporting the policies and standard operating procedures of the company.
Understand and promote company operating philosophies.
Oversee and manage daily Human Resource operations of the organization.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve organizational goals Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members Monitor and evaluate performance of staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
Daily facility attendance to promote good will with manufacturing team members and office Professional demeanor at all times Assist with the coordination of facility events Safety and visitor entrance information is up to date and adhered to at all times Provide regular and timely updates on all items related to safety, Human Resources and relevant team member communications.
Coordinate and oversee projects and initiatives Maintain a high level of confidentiality and customer service satisfaction POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Strong preference for Human Resource experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills Proficient in office management software (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

) Excellent communication skills, including oral and written General Office experience A minimum of 2-3 years of consistent Human Resource experience.
Self motivated Human Resource professional capable of working with minimal supervision.
Perform other duties as required (other projects or assignments requested) Your role will involve managing staff, developing strategies to achieve organizational goals, and ensuring effective communication among team members.
