We are currently seeking an honest, self-motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for all aspects of customer service including:
Communicating with new and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person Receiving and processing customer orders Providing quotes for custom product requests Providing consistent, timely, and accurate order status to customers Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues when they arise Basic record-keeping Maintaining positive relationships with all customers In addition to managing all aspects of customer service, the Customer Service Representative will also be involved in identifying opportunities for improvements, developing standard work practices, maintaining a clean and professional work environment, and performing a variety of unique tasks as necessary in a small business environment.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:
Attention to detail in all areas of work Ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner at all times Ability to build customer relationships with a variety of personalities Capacity to maintain a positive attitude in even the most stressful situations Adept at prioritizing and managing tasks Ability to accurately transcribe and enter data What you will need:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective time management and organization Ability to work in a courteous, tactful, and professional manner with all associates and customers Solid understanding of basic geometry and math Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, esp.
MS Excel Minimum 2 years of experience, or a relevant college degree What will help you:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or construction industry Some QuickBooks experience, or the ability to learn quickly Experience using CRM software Proficiency in Microsoft Excel What we offer:
